Gary L. Trujillo

Gary L. Trujillo, Chairman of the Board

Gary is Chairman of the Board of Standard Printing Company and the founding Partner and President & CEO of Southwest Harvard Group Capital and Southwest Harvard Group Ventures.

Gary has been a serial entrepreneur for nearly 40 years with significant experience as a financier, founder, CEO, and corporate board member. Mr. Trujillo founded the investment firm Southwest Harvard Group Venture Capital, LLC (SHG), where he has served as the firm’s President & CEO since inception. SHG has a proven track record of creating and investing in businesses for growth and profitability.

Mr. Trujillo has three decades of board experience, including serving on three publicly traded company boards and serving as Chairman of the Board for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arizona. Mr. Trujillo has extensive experience in the transportation and education industries. Mr. Trujillo is also recognized nationally as a dedicated community leader, having co-founded the Be A Leader Foundation (BALF) in 2002, an education-focused nonprofit serving more than 8,000 students per year, with his wife, Melissa B. Trujillo.

Gary received his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University and his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School.

Tom-Diamon

Thomas J. Diamond, President, Information Outsource

Tom is the Founder and President of Information Outsource.

Tom led a group of investors to acquire Standard Printing Company in 1990 and subsequently assumed active management in 1996. Recognizing the decline in demand for pre-printed custom business forms, he developed and established a new division, Information Outsource which provided customers the ability to outsource printing and mailing of their invoices and statements. Under Tom’s guidance, the Company enjoyed considerable growth and continues to thrive today.

Tom received his undergraduate degree and his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Arizona State University.

Michael J. Trejo

Michael J. Trejo, President, Standard Printing Company

Michael is President of Standard Printing Company and a Partner at Southwest Harvard Group Ventures. Michael joined the Company in April 2021 and is primarily responsible for business development and new customer acquisition. Prior to joining the Company, Michael was a senior investment banker covering clean technology, renewables, and utility companies for BofA Securities in New York.

Michael serves on the boards of the Be A Leader Foundation, the Center for Public Leadership’s Alumni Council and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund’s New York Advisory Council. Michael has received several honors including the National Hispanic Merit Scholarship, Robert L. Pastor Student Award, Toigo Fellowship, and the Dubin Fellowship for Emerging Leaders. In addition, he was recognized as part of the Barrett Honors College’s “25 Alumni to Watch” and was named one of the 27 Most Impressive Students at Harvard Business School by the Business Insider in 2013.

Michael received his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, his Master’s in Public Policy (MPP) degree from Harvard Kennedy School and his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School.

Debra A. Bogdanski

Debra A. Bogdanski, Director of Operations

Debra began her employment with Standard Printing Company, Inc. (SPC) in 1998. She is the Director of Operations for Business Forms and Information Outsource (I/O). Due to her prior experience in management and company efficiency studies, her expertise was beneficial to the development & growth of both operations. Debra oversees all personnel in the areas of manufacturing, mail production, IT development, client services and sales.  She is responsible for providing daily direction to respective departments to ensure accurate and timely customer commitments are maintained. She works closely with the controller of the company and reports directly to the President.

Debra attended Arizona State University and her studies were in the College of Education.  She co-owned a consultant company called Creative Concepts that focused on managerial and customer related job skills.  Prior to this her work experience was in banking.
